Amanda Bynes was caught by photographers smoking what appeared to be a marijuana pipe while she drove around on a suspended license.
The actress drove around Los Angeles on Tuesday and took several hits from the pipe. She had her license suspended last week after being charged for two hit-and-run accidents.
The pictures show Bynes in a parked car, behind the wheel, surrounded by a cloud of smoke as she exhales from the pipe.
The photographer got a close up of the car and it was a mess and there appeared to be traces of marijuana in the cup holder.
Sources say her dad and her agent want her to get help for substance abuse issues but she refuses.
Bynes was ordered by an L.A. Superior Court Judge not to drive without a valid driver's license.
A source adds that the actress is a lost little girl right now.
